The conference runs for three days, starting with the welcome reception on Sunday 3 September to its close on Wednesday 6 September. Over the course of the programme, you’ll be able to choose from more than 28 concurrent themed speaker and workshop sessions, in addition to our five keynote sessions, plus attend our celebration dinner and network with the other attendees throughout the conference.

Those that attend in person will have access to our virtual/online sessions for 90 days after the conference, and can choose to add on an optional two-day STEM field trip to the Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland/ Waikato or Ōtautahi Christchurch region after the main programme.

In person attendees can also choose to come for a single day if time is a challenge.

Online attendees will be able to attend five of our concurrent themed sessions (1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A), as well as our five keynote/main sessions.

Recordings will be available for 90 days after the conference, so you can check back later to watch the sessions that don’t work with your diary or your time zone.
